Kent is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to be based in London, Aberdeen or Edinburgh. You’ll work on offshore wind and oil & gas projects, contributing to design, life extension, and asset integrity initiatives while learning from industry leaders.

The graduate scheme offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a future-focused consultancy. This role follows a hybrid model with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Aeronautical or Structural Engineering.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to graduate in 2027 or have graduated recently.

Responsabilités

• Assist in designing offshore wind, oil & gas, and related structures.
• Contribute to life extension and risk-based inspection planning.
• Prepare and interrogate finite element models and analysis outputs.
• Collaborate with multi-location teams to deliver projects.
• Support client interaction and business development activities.
