Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Graduate Structural Analysis Engineer to join its aerospace team in Bristol, with hybrid working patterns. You will perform structural and static strength analyses, build and post-process FEA models using Nastran, ANSYS and Altair, and support testing while correlating results with experiments.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing and test teams, developing your technical skills and taking increasing responsibility as you progress in a dynamic aerospace

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or a related subject.
• Interest in structural analysis, FEA and aerospace.
• Familiarity with CAD or simulation tools through university, projects or placements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn — you don’t need to be an aerospace expert already!

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Graduate Structural Analysis Engineer to join a talented aerospace team working on cutting-edge technology across Defence, Security and Space. You’ll gain hands-on experience in structural analysis, FEA and testing, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to real aerospace programmes from concept through to manufacture.
