Job summary

Stantec in London is inviting applications for a 2027 Graduate Structural Engineer within our Buildings team. You will contribute to the design, analysis and delivery of building projects, collaborating closely with civil and structural engineers to develop practical and safe solutions.

As a graduate, you’ll engage with experienced mentors, develop professional qualifications, and work four days per week in the office to receive essential team support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BEng Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with structural engineering analysis and design software.
• Interest in working in the Buildings sector.
• Willingness to work in London office four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Structural analysis and design calculations for building projects.
• Parametric design to support low-embodied carbon structures.
• Prepare specifications and drawings.
• Carry out structural inspections.
• Assist with production of 3D Revit models and drawings.
• Participate in project and team meetings to develop communication.
