Job summary

Stantec in Leeds is recruiting a Graduate Structural Engineer to join the Buildings discipline. You will assist in structural analysis, design, and drawings, collaborating with civil, MEP, geotechnical and architectural teams to deliver safe, sustainable building solutions.

You will work towards professional qualifications (IEng/CEng) while gaining experience across education, residential, healthcare, and heritage sectors in a supportive graduate programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in BEng Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office and AutoCAD is beneficial.
• Familiarity with structural engineering analysis and design software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of building projects through structural analysis and design calculations.
• Prepare specifications and drawings, and carry out structural inspections.
• Assist with 3D Revit models and structural drawings, and attend project meetings.
