Its close-knit team of structural and civil engineers and technicians delivers projects ranging from small domestic commissions to high-profile, multi-million-pound mixed-use developments. Applications are welcomed from recent graduates with a relevant civil or structural engineering degree, as well as graduate engineers who have gained experience in building structures through employment, placements or internships. • Multi-storey mixed use development
  • Underground car park and foundations
  • 7 storey luxury flats with complex solutions required for foundations

The successful candidate will contribute across the practice’s core workload, including a £25 million waste‑to‑energy scheme in the South West. Reporting to a company director, you will work at a level appropriate to your experience, building responsibility as your technical knowledge and confidence grow. Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time‑management skills are important. This business has heavily invested in the right staff, software and working environment, an excellent indicator of a progressive local practice.

  • Develop practical solutions for site conditions, including sensitive engineering approaches for historic structures.

  • A genuine interest in building structures and a sound understanding of engineering principles.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
