Mott MacDonald is recruiting graduates to join our Strategic Advisory team in a structured three-year development programme. You will rotate across Asset, Data and Information, and Business Change and Transformation, gaining broad experience with a range of UK infrastructure clients.

You’ll receive mentoring, training, and clear progression paths in a collaborative, inclusive culture. The role supports flexible/hybrid working and is designed to grow with you from day one.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with structured thinking to understand problems and develop solutions.
• Strong written communication to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Recent graduates with less than 12 months relevant experience and a degree in 2025 or later.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to navigate complex challenges and unlock opportunities.
• Rotate across capabilities within the Strategic Advisory team to gain broad experience.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and work with diverse client teams.
