Job summary

Centrica is seeking high-potential graduates for an Engineering Graduate Programme. You’ll rotate across nuclear, power, storage, hydrogen, and other engineering areas, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Starting salary is £36,000 per year with a bonus and profit-sharing potential, plus three rotations and strong mentoring. Hybrid work is available across UK offices to support your development.

Qualifications

• First-class engineering degree or 2:1 with Master’s degree.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between placements.
• Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
• Available to start in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year rotational programme across engineering domains.
• Develop technical and business skills through placements and mentors.
• Contribute to projects shaping Centrica’s engineering future.
