Job summary

KPI EDUCATION is seeking a Graduate Speech and Language Therapist to join a welcoming school in Coventry. This full-time role, starting in September, offers a salary of £29,000 - £36,000 annually, ideal for newly qualified therapists eager to gain experience.

You will work closely with SEND professionals to support students with communication needs, delivering tailored interventions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people through placements or employment.
• Knowledge of speech, language and communication difficulties and their impact on learning.
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
• Deliver 1:1 and small group intervention programmes.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual support plans.
