Job summary

Viqu Energy Limited is seeking a motivated Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join our Liverpool team. The role focuses on solar inverters and battery storage technologies, delivering product guidance and technical support across the UK.

You will learn by working with experienced engineers and sales teams, helping resolve customer queries and supporting product introductions. Training and development will be provided to foster growth in renewable energy expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical field.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Logical, problem-solving approach and willingness to investigate technical issues.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Help resolve customer queries and provide technical guidance.
• Support product introductions and build understanding of solar and storage technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
