As a specialist joining GROW, you will specialise from day one in your discipline, collaborating in consultant teams on environmental and planning projects that span infrastructure, urban regeneration and community-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2.
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home; UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in soil, peat and Agricultural Land Classification surveys and data analysis.
• Support land-use change assessments and habitat creation/restoration approaches.
• Work on environmental and planning projects with consultants and clients.
