Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• Up to 3 years of commercial software development experience or internships.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and development methodologies.
• Experience or exposure to frontend and backend technologies including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, Python.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL and relational databases, and version control with Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and software features.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop backend APIs and services to support business applications.
• Work with relational databases, data models, and SQL queries.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to improvements.
