ECM Selection is seeking graduate or junior software engineers to contribute across a portfolio that blends AI with defence technologies. You will gain exposure to ML systems, signal processing and software defined radio, spanning platforms from cloud infrastructure to low-power electronics.

You will join a small, growing team near Cambridge, receiving mentorship and valuable hands-on experience. A STEM degree and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are highly valued, with openness to learning

Formación

• 1st or 2:1 in a STEM subject from a top university with strong software development evidence
• Eager to learn new technologies or languages as well as adjacent engineering ideas from electronics and physics
• A problem-solving mentality, able to understand issues even outside of programming and provide analysis and potential solutions

Responsabilidades

• Areas you could be involved with include ML systems, signal processing and software defined radio
• The platforms you work on will vary from the cloud down to small low-power electronics and anything in between
• You will be part of a small, growing team with mentorship and collaborative culture
