Job summary

OCU Group is seeking a Graduate Site Manager for Scotland. Based in Glasgow or Perth, you will join our teams delivering utility and infrastructure projects on site, supporting management and coordination of construction activities with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors.

You will gain hands-on experience from planning and mobilisation through to construction and project handover, helping promote safety, quality and environmental compliance while developing into a future

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related discipline with 2:2 or higher.
• Full UK driving licence required before starting the role.
• Experience via placements, internships, or site projects in construction/engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, mobilisation and on-site coordination of construction activities.
• Work with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors to ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Coordinate resources, monitor programme performance and maintain project records.
• Support communication with subcontractors and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
