Precept Recruit is recruiting a Graduate ServiceNow Support Analyst in Derby, offering a hybrid working arrangement and a genuine pathway into a long-term ServiceNow career. You will start by supporting day-to-day operations, resolving user queries, and assisting with incidents and configurations.

Training, mentoring, and exposure to enterprise ITSM, CMDB, and knowledge management will develop your technical knowledge while contributing to a business-critical platform.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for ServiceNow users across the business.
• Investigate and resolve platform incidents and service requests.
• Log, triage, and prioritise support tickets.
• Monitor platform performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with testing, upgrades, and enhancement activities.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with colleagues across technology and business teams to deliver excellent user support.
