As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils aged 4-11 with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and social or emotional challenges.
You will provide dedicated 1:1 support, assist with small-group interventions and work closely with teachers and wider support staff to ensure lessons and learning resources are accessible and engaging for every pupil.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful, paid experience within an SEN setting while developing your understanding of behaviour support, communication, inclusion and pupil development.
