Job summary

Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Epping, Essex invites a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school on a full‑time basis. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, assist teachers with engaging, differentiated activities, and help develop communication and social skills.

Ideal candidates hold a 2:1 degree in Psychology, Education, Criminology or related subjects, with genuine interest in SEN.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, Criminology, Sociology or related subject.
• Genuine interest in Special Educational Needs and inclusive education.
• Immediate start and long-term commitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• Assist teachers with engaging, differentiated learning activities.
• Help pupils develop communication, social and emotional skills.
• Collaborate with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff.
