Academics is seeking a Graduate SEN TA in Newbury, Berkshire to support pupils with additional needs and help them build confidence and learning habits. The role is full-time and long-term, with training and ongoing professional development provided.

You will deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group support, assist with lessons and interventions, and work alongside teachers and SEN professionals to adapt activities for individual needs. Salary is £90-£105 per day, aligned with the client pay policy.
