Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves is assisting a welcoming school in Southend-on-Sea to recruit a Psychology Graduate to support children with SEND and SEMH. You will work within the classroom and through targeted 1:1 interventions to help students progress.

Qualifications

• Holds a psychology degree (First-Class or 2:1) from a UK university.
• Has prior experience working with children or young people.
• Patient, resilient and passionate about inclusive education.
• Interested in Educational or Clinical Psychology as a future career.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND and SEMH needs in the classroom.
• Deliver targeted 1:1 interventions alongside teaching staff.
