Our 2027 FarmManagement Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across large-scale commercial farming operations, developing the technical, leadership and commercial skills needed to become a future farming leader. What You'll Experience Over the course of the programme, you'll gain exposure to the entire crop cycle, working alongside experienced farm managers and agronomists to understand how food moves from seed to shelf. Placements may include crop establishment and planting, irrigation planning and water management, growing operations, harvest, production and product management as well as the opportunity for international placements.
