G's is seeking ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Farm Management Graduate Programme. You'll gain hands-on exposure across crop cycles, working with farm managers and agronomists to learn how food moves from seed to shelf.

Rotations may include planting, irrigation planning, harvest and production, with potential international placements. You'll develop leadership, technical and commercial skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment and have a clear pathway toward farm management roles

Our 2027 Farm Management Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across large-scale commercial farming operations, developing the technical, leadership and commercial skills needed to become a future farming leader.

What You'll Experience

Over the course of the programme, you'll gain exposure to the entire crop cycle, working alongside experienced farm managers and agronomists to understand how food moves from seed to shelf. Placements may include, crop establishment and planting, irrigation planning and water management, growing operations, harvest, production and product management as well as the opportunity for international placements.

Through these placements, you'll develop an understanding of:

  • Modern farming technology and precision agriculture
  • Managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Agricultural planning and decision making
  • Continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Sustainability and responsible farming practices
  • Commercial aspects of large-scale food production
We'd love to hear from you if you're:
  • In your final year of university or have recently graduated
  • Passionate about food, agriculture and in particular fresh produce
  • Interested in developing a career in farm management
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Adaptable and willing to learn in a hands‑on environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Excited by a career that combines practical farming with leadership responsibility

Agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential. We're looking for people with the enthusiasm, curiosity and ambition to grow with us.
