Associate Business Consultant – x4

Location: Nottingham, initially based in our office for 6 months with a minimum of 3 days/week. After training, location can be flexible across the UK.

Salary: £29,000 starting salary, with potential to rise to approximately £60,000 after 4 years based on performance.

Start Date: September 2025 (TBC)

Role Overview

We seek enthusiastic, committed graduates or career changers to join our Graduate/Accelerator Training Programme. You will gain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, develop consulting skills, and provide expertise throughout project lifecycles. Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months.
• Proactive, confident, with an understanding of the business landscape.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
• Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
