Who is hiring?

This business is a leading distributor of IT equipment used by Installers and System Integrators to build and test IT infrastructure networks for their end-user clients, mainly Office & Data Centre builders/users.

End users include sectors such as banking, government, and education; examples are Barclays, HSBC, MOD, Google, Microsoft, Cambridge University, and Oxford University.

What is the role on offer?

Based in Crawley, as a Commercial Sales Trainee, you will initially learn all aspects of the business. The first 3 months focus on product and sales training, leading to sales targets introduction. You will represent the full range of products over the phone to new and existing customers.

You will mainly deal with IT installers working on large data centres. Working closely with the General Manager and sales teams, this role offers an opportunity to learn about the data network industry, develop skills, work on projects, and start your career in a large, diverse organization. Initially office-based, with experience, there will be opportunities for face-to-face customer meetings.
