Job summary

Q8 Aviation invites ambitious graduates to join its three-year Graduate Scheme at the Woking headquarters. You will rotate through Supply, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and other areas, building leadership and commercial skills under seasoned mentors.

Participants gain hands-on exposure to an energy-focused global business, with a path toward permanent roles in growing teams across UK, EMEA, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree with a 2:1 by August 2027.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Interest in the energy, oil & gas or aviation sectors.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across key business functions including Supply and Business Development.
• Develop commercial acumen through portfolio analysis and market insight reporting.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting and long-term business plans.
• Collaborate with regional teams and wider Q8 operating units across the organisation.
• Build relationships with airports, airlines and customers.
