Job summary

Rentokil Initial seeks a Graduate Sales and Management Programme participant for Indoor Sales Support in Leeds or Morecambe. You will generate sales leads for field colleagues via calls while undergoing a structured, multi-stage training programme over 12+ months, with clear progression into leadership roles and cross-functional exposure.

The role is hybrid, Monday to Friday, with one office day and one field shadow day per week, and offers a competitive salary with OTE, relocation support, and

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
• A desire to work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for our field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.
• Engage in structured training and shadowing as part of the Graduate Programme.
• Gain exposure to multiple sales roles to develop a broad understanding of customer needs.
• Progress toward leadership development and potential senior roles over time.
