Rentokil Initial is recruiting for a Graduate Sales and Management Programme as an Indoor Sales Support role. Based in Leeds or Morecambe, you will generate opportunities for field sales teams via inbound and outbound calls, starting a journey in a FTSE100 company.

The structured programme offers initial training, exposure to multiple sales roles, and a Leadership Development track over 12+ months, with progression to roles like Field Account Manager or Team Leader.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (any subject).
• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in the field with customers.
• Strong customer service mindset and people skills.
• Willingness to work hard and have fun.
