Rentokil Initial invites graduates to join the Indoor Sales Support track of our Sales and Management Programme. Start as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant generating opportunities for field teams via calls and gradually rotate through sales and leadership development tracks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (Business related, transport, logistics or management acceptable)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face
• Desire to work with people and provide excellent customer service
• Willingness to work hard and have fun

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls
• Participate in a structured graduate progression programme with rotations
• Support in servicing washroom products and solutions across a defined area
• Progress through leadership and development tracks to leadership roles
