The role involves processing orders, answering enquiries, coordinating with internal teams and delivering a professional, friendly service. Training is provided; no prior sales experience is required, just a proactive attitude and drive to succeed in sales.

£27,200 basic salary + profit share bonus

What would my role consist of?

As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maintaining strong relationships with our independent plumbing merchant customers. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer enquiries, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service. You will be representing a vast portfolio of products, any component from plumbing and heating supplies from major brands.
