Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Internal Sales Executive based near Burntwood, Staffordshire. You will support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and process orders, building strong relationships with independent plumbing merchants across the UK.

As a trainee, you will receive 1-to-1 mentoring, participate in fully-funded BMS Performance sales training, and have clear progression routes within the group.

Qualifications

• No experience required; graduate-friendly role.
• Ability to process orders and handle customer inquiries.
• Willingness to meet clients in person and travel as needed.

What would my role consist of?

As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maintaining strong relationships with our independent plumbing merchant customers. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer enquiries, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service.

Every trainee will also receive 1 to 1 mentoring from an experienced business manager. There are significant opportunities for progression throughout the group and you will be given access to all the tools necessary to forge yourself a successful career.
