Job summary

Xylem is recruiting an 18-month Graduate Sales Engineer Programme, offering rotations across Sales, Product Management, Technical and Operational teams in the UK. Recent STEM graduates will gain hands-on experience in technical sales, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

You will develop relationships with internal and external customers, learn to balance technical and commercial demands, and access ongoing training and mentorship to accelerate your early career with Xylem.

Qualifications

• Recent STEM graduate (Bachelors/Masters).
• UK driving license.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations across the UK.
• Strong communication and engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sales support to internal/external sales teams and handling inquiries.
• Develop knowledge of Xylem products, benefits and competitive advantages.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate across departments locally and across the UK for rotations.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to build a technical sales foundation.
