Job summary

Xylem is launching an 18-month Graduate Sales Engineer Programme in the UK. You will rotate across Sales, Product Management, Technical and Operational teams to gain a broad understanding of the business, develop technical and customer‑facing skills, and contribute to growth initiatives.

Recent STEM graduates with a UK driving licence will learn through mentorship, on‑the‑job training, and exposure to projects across multiple UK locations.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's in STEM (2024–2026).
• UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations across the UK.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Sales support: assist with lead generation, customer inquiries, and order processing.
• Develop product and business knowledge to communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with teams locally and globally to support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Receive ongoing training and mentorship throughout the programme.
