The two‑year‑ten‑month programme rotates through each discipline, with dedicated mentoring, a structured training plan, and live customer projects designed to develop practical skills, technical knowledge and commercial awareness from day one.

Qualifications

• A recent engineering degree with an IMechE accreditation.
• Demonstrated interest in multiple engineering disciplines.
• Willingness to work across design, electrical, automation, projects and sales.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple engineering teams to contribute to live customer projects.
• Develop practical and transferable skills across design, electrical, automation, manufacturing and sales.
• Attend site surveys and commissioning as required.
• Collaborate with mentors and teams to drive project delivery.
