Luscombe Maye is seeking a Graduate Rural Surveyor or Apprentice Rural Surveyor to join our Rural Professional Department in Kingsbridge. The role covers farm agency, valuations, environmental applications and tenancy matters, with training toward RICS and FAAV qualifications.

Based in Kingsbridge, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a full UK

• Involves Farm Agency, Professional Valuations, Sustainable Farming Incentive & Countryside Stewardship Applications.
• Handling Compensation Claims, Rural Planning Applications and tenancy matters.
• Rural land management and estate services across Devon, Cornwall & Somerset.
