Bidwells in Cambridge is seeking a motivated Graduate Rural Surveyor to join our Rural Surveying team from September 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio and work with industry-leading experts to lay the foundations of a surveying career.

Based at our Head Office in Cambridge , you'll gain hands‑on experience across a diverse portfolio while working alongside industry‑leading experts and building the foundations of a successful surveying career.
The Rural team at Bidwells manages, consults and offers strategic advice on over a million acres of farmland and estates across the country, working with some of the UK's top‑performing rural businesses and landowners including Cambridge and Oxford colleges, pension funds, charities and companies.
In addition to this Cambridge-based opportunity, we also have a Graduate Rural Surveyor opportunity based at ourOxford Office.

As a Graduate Rural Surveyor you'll gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of projects while working alongside experienced professionals. You'll develop your technical expertise, build client relationships, contribute to project delivery and work towards achieving RICS Chartered status.
You'll have the opportunity to grow alongside us, and we're committed to supporting your progress every step of the way. We'll provide extensive assistance and tailored support to help you work towards your RICS APC, where our strong first‑time pass rate speaks for itself.
