Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Retrofit Assessor in Coventry with a clear pathway to a senior role. The role includes full training, PAS2035-guided property assessments, and extensive travel support.

You will work directly with residents and coordinate with the office team to deliver effective energy solutions. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 plus training, progression, paid travel and stay away, with overtime and a company bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• L3 qualification in Retrofit Assessments or similar.

Responsibilities

• Completing property assessments following PAS2035 guidelines.
• Using digital tools like Matterport 3D capture.
• Stay away and travel (all expenses paid).
• Working directly with residents.
• Collaborating with office team.
• Travel to site across the Midlands.
• Full training to senior engineer.
