Qualifications

• No recruitment experience needed. Sales, customer service, hospitality or a customer facing background would all be useful.

Responsibilities

• Search for and speak to candidates in the manufacturing sector
• Screen candidates and match them to live vacancies
• Learn how to take vacancy briefs and manage the process through to offer
• Build relationships with candidates and clients over the phone and face to face
• Work towards clear weekly and monthly targets
• Develop into a 360 consultant running your own desk
