Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Bristol City Centre is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to start on a structured graduate pathway. You’ll build your own desk, talk to clients and candidates daily, and develop commercial skills to win business, manage processes and close deals.

This is a phone-led, target-driven role with an uncapped commission structure and industry-leading training, offering clear merit-based progression from entry level to Director.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Merit-Based Progression (Entry Level to Director)

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm (Early Finish Fridays!)

In this Graduate Recruitment Consultant role, you'll build your own specialist desk, speak to clients and candidates daily, and develop the commercial skills to win business, manage processes and close deals.
