Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Newcastle Upon Tyne

£23k - £26k per annum (DOE) + Rewards, Incentives & Bonuses

Duties of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

• Research and identify potential leads and opportunities through market analysis, industry reports and competitive intelligence
• Build and maintain a strong network of C-suite executives, industry leaders and senior professionals within the target sectors
• Engage with passive candidate and nurture relationships to understand their career aspirations and skills
• Provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market trends, talent mapping and competitor activity
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and market insights
• General ad-hoc duties as and when required of you
