FY 2025/26 is the year of growth, and we plan to double our size before relocating to Spinningfields in May!

g2 Recruitment Solutions seeks individuals with a competitive drive, a winners’ mentality, and a goal-oriented mindset. Our teams are specialist sales consultants working within the Government, Tech, Engineering, or Life Sciences sectors globally.

Role of a Recruitment Consultant at g2 Manchester

1. Become a specialist in either the IT Benelux market or Engineering UK/EU (no prior experience needed).
2. Build a client and candidate portfolio from scratch through cold calling and pitching daily.
3. Develop long-term candidate relationships and source roles via various communication methods.
4. Create business strategies to target new key clients.
5. Enhance sales skills and recruitment knowledge within your core sector.
6. Engage in advertising and building a personal network.
7. Understand that recruitment is fundamentally sales, and sales is recruitment.
