You will become an expert in your field, working with clients to deliver end-to-end recruitment projects:

• Researching, identifying, attracting, screening, selecting, and shortlisting candidates
• Initiating, managing, and developing candidate relationships
• Proactively striving to identify new candidate and client opportunities within target markets
• Using internal CRM database

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading UK or international university (2:1 and above)
• Previous sales or client-facing experience is useful but not essential; no prior recruitment experience required
• Experience working through university
• Evidence of being a high achiever, demonstrated through sports, academics, or work experience
