Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Central London

A forward-thinking IT solutions firm is looking to add high-calibre Graduate Recruitment Consultants to its growing team. Following significant success this year and with five new hires already in place, the business is scaling rapidly and now operates as a full-cycle IT solutions provider.

They are now seeking ambitious individuals to join their dynamic, sales-led team and play a vital role in winning new business across the UK and Belgian markets. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates or early-career professionals with a sales or entrepreneurial mindset who are eager to join a structured and high-performance culture.

About the Role

Graduate Recruitment Consultants will undergo structured training to build expertise in both contract recruitment and full project-based IT delivery. The role involves working with senior managers and directors in the IT sector, so confidence, clarity, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage new business opportunities in the IT services space
• Engage with senior stakeholders across the UK and Belgium
• Understand client needs and offer tailored IT staffing/project solutions
• Follow structured sales and delivery processes to achieve clear KPIs
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate closely with the wider team in a target-driven environment

Candidate Profile (Strict Criteria Applies):

• Clear, articulate, and confident communicator
• Strong command of English – neutral accent preferred
• Professional tone, confident on calls, and strong storytelling ability

Experience – candidates must meet one of the following:

• Background in professional sports
• Proven entrepreneurial initiative (business or side hustle)
• Demonstrated success in a sales environment (awards or KPIs)
• Up to 2 years’ recruitment experience with clear achievements
• Minimum average of B grades across 9 GCSEs
• Graduate calibre with sharp learning ability, especially in IT concepts
• Sociable, outgoing, and team-oriented
• Aged 21–27
