What You’ll Be Doing
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
· Building relationships with clients and candidates
· Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
· Sourcing, interviewing, and prepping candidates
· Developing new business through outreach and networking
· Becoming a subject matter expert in your specialist market
You’ll work in one of our specialist teams:
· Financial Services (Accountancy & Finance roles)
· Commerce & Industry (Commercial finance roles across industries)
· Technology (Tech placements across sectors)
· Change & Transformation (Project, change & transformation talent into FS and C&I)
Who We’re Looking For
· Recent graduate or final-year student (any degree discipline)
· Ambitious, resilient, and target-driven
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
· Interest in recruitment, sales, finance or tech a bonus — but not essential
