Oliver Bernard are a Technology Recruitment Partner and we're growing our team; now looking for 2025 graduates to join our grad academy in July 2025 or September 2025.

What we do

Founded in 2010, Oliver Bernard have been working with industry leading companies to help scale their tech teams; we've recruited for Tesco, Sky, Natwest, BBC, On Running, Crypo.com plus hundreds more. We place anything Tech into all types of companies!

About you

We're looking for multiple grads to join; the ideal profile is:

• A 2025 BA/BSc graduate
• Super money motivated
• Loves the idea of building their own business (clients, relationships, networking)
• Up for working in a sales environment (especially business development)
• A high achiever with resilience and a competitive edge

The day to day & earning potential

• Building relationships through networking with clients and candidates
• Calling prospective clients and negotiating terms of business (business development)
• Cold calling candidates - screening and shortlisting based on client hiring requirements
• Building your own personal brand & reputation - LinkedIn posting and outreach
• Advertising job vacancies on job-boards
• Managing the recruitment process
• Closing deals and making commission!

24K basic salary plus uncapped monthly commission.
