Skills Alliance in Leeds is recruiting graduates for a high-earning sales career starting September 2026. You will build a desk from the ground up, develop client relationships, headhunt senior candidates and manage deals end to end with leading Life Science, Animal Health and STEM clients.

Skills Alliance is hiring graduates to join our Leeds office to start this September 2026. This is a sales role in a specialist market and if you back yourself, it pays accordingly.

What this role actually is

You'll be building a desk from the ground up, developing client relationships, headhunting senior candidates, and managing deals end to end. To date we count many of the leading Animal Nutrition, Food ingredients, Chemicals and Agro Chemicals companies as our partners, and are now looking for Graduates or Trainees who want to work directly with clients like this.

The earning potential

Uncapped commission from day one - structure up to 50%, zero threshold, zero cap

Promotion on merit, not tenure - Consultant within 6 months, Senior Consultant often by 12 International office relocation actively supported (New York, Seattle, Leeds)

What we're looking for

You don't need a specific degree. You do need:

Experience in sales, sport, retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles is a bonus. The right attitude matters more than your degree subject.
