Job summary

Discover International in Leeds is seeking ambitious graduates to begin a career in recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is required; you will learn to engage with senior Life Sciences professionals and headhunt high-quality candidates for specialist roles.

You'll receive structured training in business development, negotiation and managing your own client portfolio, with the opportunity to build an international client base and earn competitive uncapped commissions.

What you'll be doing-

• Speaking with senior professionals across the Life Sciences industry.
• Learning how to win new business and build relationships with clients.
• Headhunting and recruiting high-quality candidates for specialist roles.
• Managing the recruitment process from the first conversation through to offer.
• Negotiating offers and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Building your own market and becoming an expert in your sector.
