Vivid Resourcing in London is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to run your own business within a business, sourcing top-tier candidates and building relationships with niche clients to own the 360° recruitment cycle.

You’ll source high-quality candidates, win and manage clients, negotiate deals, and place candidates into exciting opportunities while working toward clear KPIs and ambitious goals.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top-tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.

You’ll be:

• Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles


• Winning and managing clients within your niche market


• Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities


• Working towards clear KPIs and goals


• Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out
