Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in London. You will run your own business within a business, sourcing top-tier candidates and building relationships with niche clients to own the 360° recruitment process.

You’ll manage candidates, win clients, negotiate deals and hit KPIs. A fast, merit-based progression path and earning potential with uncapped commission await those who perform.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top-tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.

You’ll be:

• Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles
• Winning and managing clients within your niche market
• Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
• Working towards clear KPIs and goals
• Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out. Put simply: source candidates, win clients, do deals.
