The Role of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Levin seeks Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our London team. As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will engage with companies in the Tech Sector, building client relationships from scratch and providing recruitment and consulting services.

You’ll focus on placing senior-level talent, from Heads of Departments to C-Suite executives, across the East and West Coasts of the USA.

Duties of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Business Development and Client Management: Generate new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Sourcing or Headhunting Candidates: Find top talent in the market to match your clients’ needs.
• Managing the Interview Process: Prepare candidates for interviews, facilitate feedback, and support clients during interviews, understanding candidates’ expectations.
• Providing Offers and Closing Candidates: Manage offer processes to ensure mutual satisfaction.
