You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one, starting with an initial 12-week training schedule fully supported by your manager and team. You will become a recruitment specialist in one of our divisions: Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management, or Tech, providing advice, guidance, and consultation to clients and candidates of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across multiple organizations through various business development tools such as telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Sourcing, screening, short-listing, and consulting with candidates at all levels within your specialist sector using various tools.
• Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues, clients, and candidates in line with our core values: collaboration, transparency, growth, and respect.
