Digital Waffle is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to drive placements in the USA tech market from our Birmingham base. You’ll enjoy uncapped commissions, strong earnings potential, and a high-energy environment focused on success.

The role offers hybrid working after one year (3 days in the office, 2 from home) with initial onsite work. Expect training, performance incentives, and a culture that rewards ambition and results.
