Tio Talent Ltd is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Leeds City Centre. You will work with experienced professionals to identify and engage top talent, and manage recruitment processes end to end.

This role offers a base salary of £26,500 with uncapped commission and a realistic first year OTE of £55,000+. Comprehensive training, direct mentorship from leaders, and clear progression into senior roles are provided.

The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to identify and engage top talent, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.

Previous recruitment experience isn't required. The business is focused on hiring individuals with the right mindset, drive, and willingness to learn.
